Workshop outline
This workshop is designed to enable delegates to:
Understand the importance of senior management reports
Learn at least three research techniques that are used to gain information in writing reports
Practise preparing an outline for a senior management report
Understand how a good layout and simple, effective language increases a report’s effectiveness

Who should attend?
Staff who write reports for senior management or external clients. Delegates should be confident and experienced writers as this is not a "how to write" course.

How to plan a report to ensure it is delivered complete and on time
Assembling information
How to ensure you have all the required information and put it in the right order to ensure your message gets through

Tips on how to lay out a report to maximise its impact
Plain English and why it is important
