Programme outline
Thinking, feeling and behaving constructively is a guaranteed method of achieving constructive, long-term, effective outcomes. This programme starts by defining what assertiveness is and learning how to distinguish between aggressive and submissive behaviour.

Who should attend?
Anyone who needs to develop their assertiveness skills and behaviour to be more effective in the workplace.
Pre-course
Participants will be asked to complete a short questionnaire.
