Workshop outline
A focus on improving communication skills. Participants learn how to receive feedback on their behaviour and its effect on others, increase their range of options for dealing with others in a variety of situations and accurately interpret the verbal and non-verbal messages they give to others. The workshop also teaches how to identify the skills that enable you to achieve effective results with others, increase levels of positive thinking and build your self-esteem.

Who should attend?
Staff wishing to develop or promote constructive relationships with colleagues, customers and clients.

Learning method
This workshop is highly participative and uses facilitator input, plenary conversations, group and one-to-one exercises, reviews and action planning. Participants are expected to contribute real-life examples to aid learning.
