Programme outline
We spend so much time in meetings that it is essential to spend that time wisely. All too often, a group of people meet with no real objective or agenda and leave the meeting feeling very little was achieved. This programme teaches participants to structure meetings more effectively and make them more productive.

Anyone who leads or chairs meetings.
