Workshop outline Increasing competition for the best people means employers are constantly searching for employees who come across as professional and competent. The interview stage for any interviewee is therefore crucial in convincing the interviewer that you are the right person for the role.
This workshop will teach you to:
Review your current interviewing style, strength and weaknesses
Understand the different types of interviews, including assessment centres and psychometrics tests
Make significant improvements in your interviewing techniques
Listen actively - listen for what is relevant
Who should attend?
The workshop will benefit anyone who is currently job-hunting or planning to change jobs, and is thus likely to be interviewed by prospective employers.
Learning method
The workshop is highly practical and participative and draws on examples from participants' own experiences to ensure that practice interviews are realistic as possible. Each participant will be required to conduct role-play interviews, and will also learn from taking part in and observing other interviewers.
