Assertiveness helps us get the best out of ourselves - improving our personal effectiveness at work. We need interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with individuals. Presentation skills help us to communicate with clarity and confidence.

Learning method
This course can be run as a stand-alone two-day programme or as four half-day modular workshops. The programme is highly participative with plenty of discussions and group work.

The “behaviour iceberg” - we judge what we see and hear, not what is hidden
The four main types of behaviour - how to recognise them and what effect each behaviour has in the workplace
