Recognise the manifestations of violence and aggression
Identify the appropriate responses to violence and aggression
Learn coping skills to diffuse a violent situation

The legal framework: health and safety legislation regarding violence, the definition of reasonable force and its implications
Guidelines for preventing violence at work
Strategies, responses and ways to avoid violence at work (includes video presentation
