Who should attend?
Trainers who have some experience of training and running learning events and would like to understand more about how people learn and how to make their learning events more participative, effective and fun.
Learning method
The programme is highly participative and interactive. Participants learn about the concepts by experiencing them. The learning from these activities is supported by theory/explanation where appropriate. During the afternoon of Day 2, participants have the opportunity to work on their existing courses, applying the learning and techniques explored during the programme.
