Who should attend?
All those who need to prepare user manuals and train users of IT systems and software, individually and in groups.

Learning method
Presentation, discussion, group work, video and interactive activities. One-to-one and group sessions are also captured on video with constructive feedback given. These tapes are intended to be used as visual notes for future use.
