Creative techniques for problem solving

Workshop outline
We all face challenges and problems in the workplace. Often we think we've solved them and they come back! This workshop introduces you to problem identification techniques and to creative processes which involve people and result in a greater range of potential solutions.
Participants learn to:

Know what releases people’s creativity
Understand what types of problems creative techniques can be applied to
Be able to use some simple and creative techniques to generate more ideas
Have more fun during meetings!

Who should attend?
Anyone who would like to be able to introduce more creative techniques to group sessions, for example team meetings, business planning and project reviews.
