Programme outline
This programme helps participants look at the relationship between pressure and stress and understand the healthy and unhealthy responses to work pressure. Participants learn to identify the pressures on themselves and others and understand the effects of pressure on individuals and organisations. Plus, how to identify positive practice in the home/work balance and make realistic action plans.
