Workshop outline
This workshop is designed to enhance participants’ skills in chairing interview panels for competency/criteria-based interviews. Directors will learn how to conduct interviews effectively and fairly using criteria-based evidence and prepare interview notes that are an accurate reflection of the interview process and decision. The course also teaches how to conduct interviews in accordance with statutory requirements and how to let interviewees leave feeling confident that they were given a fair interview.
