Programme Objectives
By the end of the programme, you will:
- Be aware of the team development cycle and know what to expect of yourself and your team mates at each stage
- Develop a shared understanding of what your team does and what it is for
- Establish and maintain workable ground rules to get your team off on the right foot and to seamlessly incorporate new members and new working practices
- Build and maintain trust and commitment within the team, and
- Get to know each other a little better
Style of the Workshop
This programme is designed to be highly participative and will use facilitator input, group discussions and exercises. Because the day is focused specifically on you and your team, I will encourage each one of you to participate actively and honestly.
