Using the work of Dr Meredith Belbin on team types, participants identify their preferred role and those of other colleagues

Session 4: styles of team leadership

What is my natural leadership style? Participants complete a questionnaire to show their preferred balance between controller, coach, consultant and facilitator

Session 5: team leadership in times of calm and crisis
Developing an awareness of our own strengths and those of others through the use of the Strength Deployment Inventory®
A look at the styles and movements of four famous leaders from calm to crisis

How can we motivate our teams and the individuals within them?
Based on what has been learnt, participants create a presentation to the rest of the group that demonstrates practical ways to achieve motivation.
